DescriptionNSF is seeking to add a Consultant Food Advisory Services (Contractor).In this role, you will coordinate and execute multiple projects related to Food Safety.You will identify, manage and resolve opportunities and barriers to meet the needs of our clients and/or client's suppliers.As well as assist in business development activities by establishing and maintaining client relationships.ResponsibilitiesAccountabilities Management Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, documentations and presentations, as required.Client DevelopmentUnderstand client's needs and requirements in food safety and beyond and establishes clear communication between the client and NSF.Provides leads and business opportunities for growth to both senior team members and salesContribute to assets, offerings and thought leadership development based on client requirements - build broader NSF Consulting solutionsProject DeliverySupports the customer account strategy through the delivery of a project or specific set of tasks related to a proposal that has been approved by the customer.This could include food, risk assessment, specifications management, coaching and training at client sitesContributes to the delivery of consulting projects which could be delivered remotely or directly at client's sites as per proposal scope.Provides technical and administrative support services for client driven project activities.Assists in gathering and interpreting data to issue reports and recommendationsOrganizes and implements administrative systems and procedures performing necessary support duties which may include creation or update of internal procedures and process flow diagrams.Draft, edit and prepare correspondence, reports and other material using word processing, spreadsheets and/or databases.Prepares and maintains relevant work records, reviews documents, expense reports, timesheets, tracks document control etc.Delivers work according to project planningAct as a Subject Matter Expert and ambassador for NSF Food Consulting.Coaches, mentors, trains and motivates project team internal and external resources and influences them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.QualificationsUniversity degree in Agronomy, Zootechnician or related discipline, or equivalent combination of work experience and education.Minimum of 5 years of experience with the Global G.A.P. standard, focused on the field with different crops and agricultural varieties.Bilingual, to review documents in Spanish and English as needed, Having experience reviewing, interpreting or managing requirements of Global G.A.P. IFA + GRASP to help agricultures in the implementation of Standard.Perform other duties as requestedBased in Brazil, there are 3 opportunities, one for São Paulo, one for Santa Catarina and one for Goiás.Skilled at writing proposals and reports, project management and document control.Skilled at working with and interacting with computer technology, specifically various industry/client programs and databases Customer consultations and/or advisory experience.Travel is required as part of this role and will vary from project to project.Required to work in the field, on clients' plantations.Driver License#LI-MM1
