Job Title:Creative Strategist for Fun Ecommerce BrandJob Description:As a key member of our creative team, the Creative Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing innovative visual creative strategies that drive growth through emotion-led ad creative.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of music selection, timing, and visual narrative.The successful candidate will have a proven record of creating video ads that convert, with a strong portfolio of work showcasing their ability to read a dashboard and decide on the next test.They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with designers/editors/media buyers, and maintaining a swipe file of winning references.
Additionally, they will have experience with data analysis and be able to iterate quickly based on performance metrics.Responsibilities include owning visual creative strategy, building concise briefs for creators/editors, sourcing and managing creators, guiding editing, launching rapid tests, and reading performance.Qualifications and Skills:Proven track record of creating video ads that convert.Strong sense of music selection, timing, and visual narrative.Experience with data analysis and ability to read a dashboard.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Ability to iterate quickly based on performance metrics.
