Sobre a Oportunidade O profissional deve promover a excelência em pricing: implementar o roteiro de excelência em pricing para a ESSOR/Agro Brasil, priorizando itens de trabalho de alto valor e garantindo entregas frequentes e de qualidade. Principais Atribuições Gerenciamento de dados: estabelecer processos avançados de gerenciamento de dados usando a tecnologia de pricing acordada, com foco no Databricks; Construção de modelos: desenvolver modelos lineares generalizados para cada risco, usando os dados disponíveis e aprimorar esses modelos com dados geográficos e meteorológicos; Contribuição para a definição de taxas: apoiar as decisões de definição de taxas, fornecendo modelos agregados com prêmios puros; Análise de portfólio: analisar o desempenho do portfólio e gerar relatórios perspicazes para apresentar mudanças nas taxas. Requisitos Graduação na área de Exatas; Conhecimento e experiência em técnicas-padrão de precificação de seguros; Proficiência em software de manipulação de dados e precificação (Python, R, SAS), bem como no software GIS (Sistema de Informação Geográfica). Fortes habilidades de comunicação, com capacidade de transmitir métodos, análises e ideias complexas de forma eficaz a diversas partes interessadas.
