Smarter Contact is a fast-growing SaaS with serious traction, hiring an experienced Full Stack Engineer to build internal systems and tools.Job DescriptionWe're looking for a proven engineer ready to build the next chapter of their career, delivering impactful internal tools that make everyone's life better.Design and implement DevOps tools and automation systemsBuild and maintain configuration management systems across multiple environmentsCreate simulation/mock environments for third-party API integrationsDevelop and optimize Chrome extensions that improve internal workflowsBuild internal reporting frameworks for operational and financial dataCreate a layered permissions Admin Panel to reduce support loadImplement best-in-class monitoring, logging, and observabilityCollaborate with developers, product, and ops to deliver tools that actually get usedContribute to the architecture and design of our internal systems and servicesRequired Skills and Qualifications7+ years of professional full stack software engineering experience; 2+ years building productivity tools, API mashups, and automating repetitive tasks.
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) required.Deep knowledge of TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and SQLProven experience with GraphQL APIs, REST, and WebHooksFamiliar with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesExperience creating mock/test environments for external APIsStrong communicator - able to explain ideas clearly and align with cross-functional teamsBenefitsCompetitive compensation; clear growth path and autonomy; remote-first team solving real customer problems at scale.
