Software Engineer Lead

CSG is expanding our teams in Brazil.These teams are responsible for delivering new features for CSGs cloud based digital BSS Ascendon Platform.One exciting opportunity is for a Software Development Engineer Lead with product development experience to join our growing teams.In a fast-paced agile workspace we prioritize continual learning accountability collaboration and team enablement.We adhere space.We are looking for someone who has demonstrated their ability to build scalable maintainable enterprise-grade products as well as forward thinkers and technology enthusiasts who have a pragmatic approach to delivering high quality software.What you'll do :You will report to the Manager of Software Development and be responsible for designing analyzing coding modifying and supporting CSGs Ascendon product are well versed in adopting new technology and architecture and like solving challenging problems and making your work environment enjoyable.You are someone who has demonstrated their ability to build scalable maintainable enterprise-grade products.You will build highly available scalable resilient and maintainable systemsYou will continuously improve assigned areas by applying scripting automation or application packagingYou will resolve complex engineering problemsYou will support the platform in customer-facing environments including troubleshooting issues and monitoring the systemYou should be willing to learn from and coach those around youYou will demonstrateastrongworkethicacommitmenttoexcellentcustomerserviceandteamworkYou will participate in code reviews design reviews or other forms of team quality proceduresYou should be able to mentor and guide junior team membersYou will take part in recruitment activitiesYou should be able to Independently solve complex problems related to interconnected software componentsYou work well within a team environment using Agile methodsYou should have :Bachelors degree in computer science or technically related field or equivalent professional experience8 years of experience in software development and software support / maintenanceExperience in C# .NET SQL querying schema design Web Services REST xUnit and CoreServerless microservice architecture exposure (e.g. Fargate / Lambda)Experience with cloud providers such as Amazon Web ServicesInfrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform preferred)Relational and non-relational database experience (e.g. DynamoDB)Experience integrating with external APIsFamiliarity with version control systems (Git) and CI / CD processesProficiency with AI technologies and their application in software developmentExperience in the telecom BSS business domain a plusThe ability to support on-call rotationAbility to work in a CLT contract positionAbility to read write
