Join to apply for the Site Reliability Engineer - Python (Híbrido) role at Meta IT North America.Our partners are seeking Site Reliability Engineers who thrive on pushing the limits of technology to produce state-of-the-art solutions.
The SRE team is tasked with creating scalable solutions for monitoring live trading infrastructures, building command frameworks, and generating actionable alerts for on-call operations members, while also providing proactive support by responding to alerts, diagnosing issues, and ensuring the continuous availability of trading platforms.What will you be involved with?
Code, script, and automate using Python and Go LangImplement new product features, as well as enhance and maintain existing functionality by monitoring solutions and performance characteristicsCreate/enhance tools to automate operational workflows and reduce errorsProvide troubleshooting and support for trading system issues across software, hardware, and network stacks to ensure immediate service restorationParticipate in design discussions, review sessions, and prototypingEnsure scalability and quality of all codeAssist with product documentation, unit testing, monitoring, and overall product qualityCollaborate with application teams to ensure proper monitoring and tools are in place before applications go into productionWhat Will You Bring to the Table?
Minimum AWS Certification (Associate Level)Minimum RedHat Certification (RHCSA or higher)At least 3 years of experience with PythonFamiliarity with TerraformExperience with Ruby and Golang is a plusExperience with observability and monitoring tools like Grafana or ELK is a plusAbility to write Chef ManifestsUnderstanding of network protocols, load balancing, and HA ProxySolid understanding of functional and object-oriented programming, and computer science fundamentalsGood knowledge of low-latency backend and server-side componentsStrong communication skillsExperience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesLocationSão Paulo - Hybrid (2x a week)Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeContractJob functionOtherIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting
