Cutover Lead – Oracle Cloud - *****Contract: CLT at Ultra Con's CustomerWork Location: Curitiba/PR (hybrid: 3x/week onsite)Work Time: Business HoursLanguage: English AdvancedExperience: 5+ yearsPrimary Skills: Project Management, Organizational Leadership, Deployment Activities, Oracle CloudJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Cutover Lead to manage the end-to-end cutover process for Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM implementations.The professional will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all cutover activities, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems to the new Oracle Cloud environment.This role requires strong project management expertise, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to perform under tight timelines.Key Responsibilities:1. Cutover Planning• Develop a detailed cutover plan, defining tasks, dependencies, timelines, and required resources.• Collaborate with project leaders, functional owners, and technical teams to align on the cutover approach and readiness criteria.2. Coordination• Serve as the central point of contact for all cutover-related workstreams.• Coordinate activities across technical, functional, data migration, infrastructure, and business teams.3. Execution• Oversee execution of the cutover plan, including data migration steps, configuration updates, technical transitions, and system validations.• Track progress closely, identify risks, address issues promptly, and escalate as needed to ensure continuity.4. Testing & Validation• Ensure thorough pre-cutover and post-cutover testing of Oracle Cloud systems.• Validate system functionality, environment readiness, and end-to-end data integrity.5.
