AI Engineer SpecialistThis is a hands-on role with significant autonomy.You will design, develop and optimize semantic search pipelines, graph-based retrieval and agentic systems to achieve business goals.You will also craft and deploy scalable APIs and services that can serve hundreds of concurrent requests efficiently.Additionally, you will architect and implement vector databases and embedding-based retrieval systems to improve data management and accessibility.You will work on AI integrations including agent-based systems, prompt engineering and LLM orchestration to enhance user experience.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semantic search, vector databases, AI frameworks and document retrieval.They should be proficient in Python for backend development with the ability to build scalable APIs and services.Past experience deploying systems at scale, including search engines, retrieval pipelines or embedding models.Ability to design infrastructure that serves high traffic efficiently.Experience setting up and hosting APIs with public access while balancing speed, cost and reliability.
