Job DescriptionManufacturing Operations LeadPlan and Direct Manufacturing Activities: Supervise both direct and indirect production areas, prioritize tasks, ensure safe work execution, and guarantee compliance with quality standards, lean manufacturing initiatives, TPM, and EHS practices.Drive Operational Excellence: Analyze production reports, manage resources efficiently, and enhance OEE through improved operational performance, equipment reliability, and high-quality standards.Team Development and Empowerment: Coordinate training, performance evaluations, and feedback to develop and empower teams, acting as a mentor and facilitator to remove barriers and allocate resources effectively.Strategic Representation: Represent the organization in global product line initiatives, union negotiations, and cross-functional projects, fostering continuous improvement, collaboration, and long-term business sustainability.Innovation and Improvement: Act as a transformation agent, seeking technological and control innovations and best market practices through internal and external benchmarking.Required Skills and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree (preferably in engineering); postgraduate degree desired.
Advanced English is essential; Spanish will be considered an asset.Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in lean manufacturing tools, TPM, and 5S; additional skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings.Leadership and Execution: Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and execute responsibly; ensures business commitments are met through sound decision-making, continuous improvement focus, and effective performance management.Global Vision and People: Customer-oriented leader with a global mindset, capable of inspiring, developing, and engaging teams; fosters innovation, builds trust, and promotes collaboration to drive organizational success.
