Important Information Location: BrazilJob Mode: Full-timeWork Mode: Work from homeJob SummaryAs a Software Engineer focused on Artificial Intelligence, you will make a significant contribution to the construction of innovative AI Agents by collaborating closely with your engineering peers.This role requires a high degree of creative thinking and a strong willingness to learn, as you will be working with the latest in Generative AI tools and frameworks.The Agentic AI Engineer explores emerging technologies, promotes new development approaches, and helps shape the standards for intelligent automation, playing a fundamental role in advancing the company's AI-driven solutions.Responsibilities and DutiesLead the design, architecture, and development of autonomous AI Agents, leveraging LLMs, advanced techniques such as RAG, and agent-specific frameworks;Develop full-stack applications that support and interact with AI Agents, using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js to build the necessary interfaces and systems;Explore and experiment with emerging technologies and frameworks in the agentic space, fostering innovation and shaping best practices;Collaborate with product and design teams to define the behavior, capabilities, and goals of AI Agents, translating business requirements into robust agentic solutions;Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews, testing, and documentation, while mentoring other engineers on development best practices.Essential SkillsSolid experience in software engineering and full-stack development, with proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React;Hands-on and up-to-date knowledge of Generative AI, including experience building and implementing features with LLMs in real-world products;Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including system design, API architecture, code quality, and testing.Highly Desirable SkillsExperience in designing GenAI solutions architecture, agent frameworks, and advanced techniques such as RAG;Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) applied to production-grade systems;Familiarity with the Next.js ecosystem, deployment platforms like Vercel, and databases such as PostgreSQL;Hands-on experience with modern UI component libraries like Shadcn/ui and TailwindCSS.About EncoraEncora is the preferred digital engineering and modernization partner of some of the world's leading enterprises and digital native companies.With over 9,000 experts in 47+ offices and innovation labs worldwide, Encora's technology practices include Product Engineering & Development, Cloud Services, Quality Engineering, DevSecOps, Data & Analytics, Digital Experience, Cybersecurity, and AI & LLM Engineering.At Encora, we hire professionals based solely on their skills and qualifications, and do not discriminate based on age, disability, religion, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or nationality.
