Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a strong motivated expert with deep knowledge of the Brazilian automotive distribution sector, strong business development capabilities, and negotiation skills.also Able to face rejection and challenges when pioneering a new market.Responsibilities1.Network Development and PlanningConduct in-depth analysis of the Brazilian automotive market landscape, consumer preferences, and competitor network layouts.Develop a sales network development blueprint (city selection, network density, partner profile) aligned with our brand positioning and market objectives.2.Potential Partner Development and ScreeningProactively identify, screen, and build a database of potential dealership investors.Target high-quality partners through various channels including industry connections, exhibitions, associations, and commercial data.3.Business Negotiation and Contract SigningLead all business negotiations with potential dealers, clearly communicating our brand value, product planning, commercial policies, and support systems.Prepare investment proposals, contract documents, and finalize the signing of dealer authorization agreements.4.Store Setup Support and AcceptanceGuide and support newly contracted dealers in completing store construction or renovation according to BAIC's global CI / VI standards and local Brazilian requirements.Coordinate internal resources to provide support to dealers in areas such as team building, system installation (DMS), and initial inventory preparation.5.Dealer Relationship Management and Performance SupportServe as the primary interface between dealers and the company, building and maintaining solid, mutually trusting cooperative relationships.Assist new dealers in launching operations and continuously monitor their sales, marketing, and after-sales performance.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldsProficient in Portuguese and English , capable of using them as working languages for professional negotiations and written communication (Chinese is a significant plus)At least 5 years of work experience in the Brazilian automotive industry , of which 3+ years must be focused on automotive dealership network development, dealership management, or large B2B sales managementPossess an established network of Brazilian automotive dealership investors and industry connectionsPossess excellent business negotiation, financial analysis, and contract management skillsOutstanding presentation skills and interpersonal skills, able to represent the brand and communicate effectively with senior business professionalsAble to travel frequently, covering Brazil's core cities#J-*****-Ljbffr
