Responsibilities
Own the process of determining business needs from clients' Large Group sales teams and guide technology implementation plans.
Act as a thought leader for innovation in large group sales analytics, focusing on reporting, analytics, and AI applications.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to architect, design, develop, and release features.
Support Agile Scrum teams with planning and technical solutions for new product capabilities.
Mentor junior team members and drive a common vision across multiple teams.
Qualifications
Minimum 10-15 years of professional experience in health insurance, with 5 years in large group payer roles.
Leadership experience with strategic planning and oversight capabilities.
At least 5 years in a professional services environment or as a leader in a health insurance company.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; openness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience with AI-enhanced platforms.
Proven track record managing complex and large projects.
Desire to mentor and develop skills in junior team members.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
