The Position:The Training and Development Analyst - SR is responsible for executing actions, strategies, and practices that contribute to both the appreciation and development of employees.
This role views employees as business partners rather than resources to be exploited, leveraging their potential in favor of the company's success.Main Activities and Responsibilities:Map job and team competencies to identify the most effective training and development initiativesSupport the development and implementation of performance evaluation systems and compensation structuresConduct performance and competency evaluations, delivering feedback to foster an open and communicative environmentPromote technical training and personal development initiativesOrganize and promote employee integration eventsDevelop strategies to enhance satisfaction, reward performance and results, and boost team engagement and motivationImplement actions focused on employee well-being and continuous improvementMonitor training effectiveness through performance indicators and reportingDiagnose individual and team development needs and design appropriate training interventionsParticipate in exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify improvement opportunitiesFunction-Specific Knowledge:Advanced English is mandatory; Spanish is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Familiarity with behavioral analysis tools (DISC, MBTI)Education and Minimum Requirements:Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fieldsSolid knowledge of human resources subsystemsCompetencies:Analytical thinkingOrganizational skillsStrong sense of responsibilityEffective communicationTeamworkLeadershipStrategic visionWork Location and Status:Full-time position (CLT)Based in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo/SPCompensation:Salary aligned with experienceCompetitive benefits package?
