Mechanical Lead / Installation Supervisor for Lime Kiln Installation in BrazilWe are looking for an experienced Mechanical Lead with a strong background in installation of preheater, kiln, and cooler systems for a major pulp and paper project in Brazil .The project will take place at an existing plant and is expected to last approximately 1.5 years , starting February 1st, **** .This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on installation experience in lime kiln, cement, or pulp & paper industries who is ready to take full site responsibility and lead the installation of key mechanical systems in close cooperation with the client and local teams.About the RoleAs the Installation Supervisor , you will lead all on-site mechanical installation activities, ensuring the project is executed safely, efficiently, and according to technical specifications.You will manage subcontractors, coordinate with engineering and logistics teams, and act as the main technical interface towards the client.Key tasks include:Planning and coordinating all installation work for preheater, kiln, and cooler systemsSupervising contractors and ensuring work quality and alignment with project plansHandling daily progress, reporting, and documentationConducting inspections, alignment checks, and troubleshooting during installationLeading safety briefings and ensuring compliance with all HSE standardsYour ProfileWe are looking for someone who combines technical expertise with leadership skills and enjoys being close to the action on site.To succeed in this role, you should have:Several years of experience in heavy mechanical installation – ideally within rotary kiln, lime, or cement systemsStrong ability to lead teams, plan work, and communicate clearly with both clients and subcontractorsGood understanding of combustion systems , refractory linings , and mechanical tolerancesA proactive, safety-oriented mindset and hands-on approachLanguages & Practical InfoEnglish is required for technical communication and reporting.Portuguese are a strong advantage due to the location and local workforce.The position is site-based in Brazil for the duration of the project (approx. 1.5 years).Interested or Know Someone Who Fits?If this sounds like you — or you know someone with the right background — please get in touchWe're looking for a professional who can take ownership of the installation and ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality execution.Start date: February 1st, ****Location: Brazil?
