We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Salesforce Solutions Specialist to provide expert technical support for our enterprise platforms.This role will ensure seamless operations, resolve complex incidents, maintain data integrity, and enhance integration workflows.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality application support, manage critical incidents, and troubleshoot data issues.Maintain integrations between Salesforce-based and Azure-hosted systems, ensuring efficient data exchange and minimal downtime.Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Salesforce Data Loader scripts to optimize data migration and synchronization processes.Support supplier onboarding and user administration, streamlining business processes and improving operational efficiency.Analyze complex issues, validate solutions, and optimize workflows to improve overall system performance.Participate in integration testing and documentation of technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business requirements.Liaise with vendor support teams for escalated issues and platform enhancements, facilitating swift resolution and minimizing disruptions.Monitor system performance and contribute to continuous process optimization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions.Required Skills & Experience:At least 5 years of experience in SaaS application support (Salesforce preferred), with a strong focus on technical expertise and problem-solving skills.Hands-on experience with APIs, authentication, and data integration, including proficiency in integrating multiple systems and platforms.Experience with Salesforce Data Loader or similar ETL tools, with the ability to develop and modify scripts to meet specific business needs.Exposure to Microsoft Azure environments and integration workflows, with a solid understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices.Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
