Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Warehouse Labeling Specialist to support our operations in Manhattan Active WM (MAWM).The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in label designing tools and a strong understanding of warehouse processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and customize labels using MAWM label design tools and third-party systems.Troubleshoot and resolve label printing issues across multiple sites and printer models.Work with business teams to implement new label formats in MAWM.Support daily warehouse operations – inbound, outbound, inventory, RF transactions, and reporting.Manage integrations between MAWM and print servers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and change requests related to MAWM and labeling.Required Skills & Qualifications3+ years of experience in Manhattan Active WM (MAWM).Strong hands-on experience in label designing tools such as Loftware, Bartender, NiceLabel.Good understanding of warehouse processes – inbound, outbound, inventory, putaway, picking, shipping.Knowledge of RF devices and label printer configurations.Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux commands, and troubleshooting integrations.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Experience with incident/change management tools like ServiceNow or JIRA.
