Accountabilities
Design, develop, and maintain complex frontend and backend systems using modern full-stack technologies
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the full stack
Develop reusable components and services to streamline development and maintain code quality
Identify and resolve complex technical issues across frontend and backend systems
Apply security best practices in the implementation of both frontend and backend solutions
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior full-stack engineers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time
Requirements
3-4 years of professional experience as a software engineer in a team environment
Proficiency with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
Proficiency with backend technologies including Node.js and AWS
Experience working with relational and/or non-relational databases
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team
Positive recommendations from previous managers and teammates
Must be able to work in the EST timezone
