**Essential Job Functions**:- Present and educates new hires on our freight forwarding system- Respond to process questions and concerns, escalating when necessary- Analyze processes via key performance indicators and recommends improvements- Assist Operations Leadership with planning and service process- Monitor the day-to-day processing of transactions to ensure accuracy- Prepares technical reports by analyzing and summarizing information and trends**Other Skills & Abilities**:Analytical Thinking and Problem-SolvingRoot Cause Analysis: Ability to identify the underlying causes of inefficiencies.Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing data to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.Critical Thinking: Evaluating processes and making informed decisions based on evidence.Project ManagementProcess Mapping and Documentation**Personal Attributes**:Team Player: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment.Problem-Solver: Proactive in identifying issues and finding practical solutions.Dependable: Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.**Education & Experience**:Minimum one-year operational experience in the service(s) the account utilizesGood analytical and program management skills; ability to define, develop and document business processes and procedures.We are looking for a person studying or with a higher education degree in International Business, Administration.
