As an Inbound Operations Manager, you'll make sure your area is running as smoothly as it should so that we can meet its goals.
You will be leading a team that helps keep our operations safe, efficient, and of a high quality and taking on a number of projects across our network to drive productivity.
Key job responsibilitiesCreate, oversee, and drive a culture of safety and wellbeingAnalyze and implement changes to keep quality and productivity at a consistently high levelOversee projects to streamline processes, optimize productivity and increase quality of service for customers within your area of responsibilityAnalyze performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve our operational excellence Manage Inbound operations, including receive, stow, transfer-in and ISS processesLead and develop a large team of area managers, operations leads and associates (100+ employees) across multiple shiftsDrive operational excellence through KPI management and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure adherence to safety standards and quality control measuresOptimize resource allocation and labor planningMeet productivity targets while maintaining quality and safety standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve issuesBASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or equivalentWork a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidaysEmployee and performance management experienceAdvanced English SkillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSData-driven decision making skillsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
