We are looking for a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead our recruitment efforts and drive the attraction of top talent.This role is critical to strengthening our employer brand and ensuring agile, innovative, and culturally aligned hiring processes.Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans that align with our business objectives, including defining profiles with stakeholders and active sourcing.Act as a guardian of our culture and a strategic partner to business areas to ensure each hire moves us toward the future.The ideal candidate will have:A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fieldsExperience in team management and leadershipAdvanced English language skillsSolid experience in complex, multisector environments, with high-volume recruiting and executive hiringProficiency in ATS systems and recruitment technologiesYou will also be responsible for:Developing and executing comprehensive talent attraction strategies tailored to different levels (high-volume, specialized, executive) and locationsManaging the full Recruitment & Selection cycle, ensuring scalable practices, a positive candidate experience, efficient onboarding, and retentionLeading the team by setting goals and KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, talent pipeline), promoting continuous improvement and innovationTo succeed in this role, you should possess:Emotional intelligence, adaptability, and cultural flexibility given regional complexityResilience, proactivity, and agility in decision-makingStrong analytical profileDesirable qualities include:MBA or postgraduate degree in Business Management, People Management, or Organizational PsychologyExperience in multinational companies
