Job Title: Senior Technical Business ArchitectThis role involves integrating business and technology architecture to create solutions for complex business services.The successful candidate will work closely with Service Management Leads, Business Analysts, and Enterprise Architects to understand the implications of solution architecture.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in business and technical functions that are touch points with their area of expertise.They will provide technical consulting on complex projects and act as a source of direction, training, and guidance for other team members.Responsibilities include:Providing technical leadership and strategy development.Leading technical architects for medium to large projects that span across multiple capabilities.Accountabilities across multiple functional and technical areas with wide range of complexity.Designing overall solutions including detailed configuration that takes into account business, global, and regional views.Delivering solution delivery blueprints including application diagrams, physical architecture, process diagrams, systems maps, service interfaces, technical interfaces, data modeling, integration planning.Translating non-functional and functional requirements into solution designs.The role requires collaboration with Enterprise Architecture to ensure that the solution fits within the enterprise context.Additionally, the candidate must be able to communicate technical information in a non-technical manner to business teams.Candidate Requirements:Mandatory to have excellent fluency in English; both written and verbal communication skills.Candidate will be regarded as SME and should have high-level expertise in SAP SD component.Strong ABAP skills, with complex troubleshooting experience.SAP Order-to-Cash end-to-end expertise required (SD).EDI and Idoc experience highly preferred.Experience in software engineering, software development, solution architecture and able to develop High-Level Designs (HLD) and ideally deliver Low-Level Designs within area of expertise.Experience in highly integrated complex data environments e.g. EDI/BI/ETL, ERP etc, and open to working in a multitude of SAP and Non-SAP applications and technologies.Candidate should possess high-level consultative skills and have prior experience of collaborating with Business Analysts and Enterprise Architects in solving complex business problems with innovative technical solutions.Bachelor's degree.Minimum 7-10 years IT professional work experience.Possess strong leadership skills and exhibit creative thinking to be able to come up with inventive solutions to solve business challenges.
