Voce é Aquele dev que sente que poderia entregar muito mais se estivesse no ambiente certo?Aquele que gosta de resolver problemas difíceis, que não foge de responsabilidade, que olha para um produto e pensa em como deixar ele dez vezes melhor?Aquele que curte autonomia, aprende rápido, compartilha o que sabe e gosta de levantar o nível do time inteiro?Se você leu isso e pensou "sou eu", vale continuar.Estamos buscando alguém com esse perfil:comprometido com o objetivoatento aos detalhesorganizadoboa comunicaçãotrabalha bem em timemais de 10 anos de experiência real de mercadofoco em entregar com qualidade, mas sem travar velocidadee vontade genuína de construir algo grandeAgora o contexto.A Arbitralis é uma câmara de arbitragem digital que está mudando um mercado gigante e subexplorado.Arbitragem está presente em praticamente todas as relações contratuais, e o setor ainda tem um oceano de inovação pela frente: contratos, gestão, comunicação, resolução de conflitos, pós-conflito, análise de partes, inteligência aplicada, automações, risco.Estamos colocando muita IA no processo, código limpo, arquitetura sólida e tecnologias modernas para transformar a forma como conflitos são resolvidos no Brasil e fora dele.Já recebemos até interesse de estagiários estrangeiros querendo fazer parte dessa jornada.E se você gosta de ambiente inteligente, de aprendizado constante, de autonomia e de espaço para criar produtos novos, aqui tem muita oportunidade.Responsabilidades Desenvolver e evoluir aplicações e serviços full-stack com foco em qualidade, performance e segurança.Participar de decisões de arquitetura e contribuir para padrões técnicos de longo prazo.Assumir liderança técnica em iniciativas, orientando e apoiando outros desenvolvedores quando necessário.Criar e manter documentação clara e organizada, garantindo rastreabilidade e consistência das soluções.Trabalhar junto ao time de Produto para transformar problemas complexos em soluções eficientes e escaláveis.Utilizar IA de forma ativa no processo de desenvolvimento, documentação, testes e automações.Colaborar com boas práticas de engenharia: testes, CI/CD, monitoramento e observabilidade.Requisitos Experiência sólida (8+ anos) em desenvolvimento de software.Domínio em TypeScript , Node.js e React .Experiência prática com AWS e/ou Google Cloud .Domínio em bancos de dados (SQL e NoSQL).Conhecimento profundo de arquitetura de sistemas, modularização e comunicação entre serviços.Capacidade comprovada de liderança técnica (mentoria, revisão de código, direção técnica).Hábito de criar documentação clara, objetiva e atualizada.Autonomia, organização e boa comunicação.Diferenciais Experiência com produtos SaaS.Vivência com aplicações críticas ou de alta disponibilidade.Integração de IA em fluxos reais de desenvolvimento.Vivência com ambientes distribuídos e microserviços.
