We are a dynamic consumer brand group selling across various e-commerce platforms, TikTok Shop, and Amazon.Our team prioritizes direct-response strategy, product quality, and measurable efficacy.We're seeking an experienced Creative Strategist to join our fast-paced environment.This hands-on IC role involves building and briefing angles, scripting iterations, managing sprints, reviewing edits, and ensuring timely ad delivery.The ideal candidate will own both strategy and operations, with responsibilities including:60% Strategy/Briefing: Developing direct response strategies, creating net-new DR angles, outlining VSL-style ads, and collaborating with copy on scripting and writing iteration briefs.40% Creative Ops/QA/Delivery: Planning and shipping weekly ad sprints, QA-ing assets for typos, compliance, pacing, audio, and render quality, maintaining a clean DAM with version control.To succeed in this role, you'll need:3+ years of experience in direct response creative strategy.Deep knowledge of VSL-style ads.Proven ability to ship ******* ads weekly.Strong post-production literacy.Data-driven mindset.Detail-oriented approach.About the Role: This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our team and make a significant impact on our advertising efforts.What We Offer: A collaborative work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a chance to be part of a dynamic and innovative team.
