At the core of our company's values are the people who drive our success.Our custom software and products cater to clients of all sizes.Key Responsibilities:We seek a talented backend developer to design and implement prioritized features using best software engineering practices and consistent functional and technical validations throughout the development lifecycle.The ideal candidate will deliver scalable, flexible, and resilient solutions aligned with modern architectural principles.We encourage applicants to apply architectural patterns such as event-driven microservices.A strong team player is required to actively participate in technical discussions and contribute to the evolution of the product's technical architecture.Supporting product discussions by providing technical input to guide architecture-related decisions is also essential.The selected candidate will integrate internal and external services using RESTful APIs, asynchronous messaging, and event hubs.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience in backend development with Java 8+Proficiency with Spring BootSolid knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB)Experience with messaging and event streaming systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, SNS)Familiarity with observability best practices (structured logging, metrics, health checks), using tools like DataDog
