Position Purpose We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to lead and support key initiatives in Brazil.
This role has 3 reports and is critical in aligning HR practices with business objectives, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a high-performance culture in a multinational environment.
This position reports directly to the HR Director – Latin America, and indirectly to the Country Manager.
Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership, Culture & Engagement Partner with Regional HR Director, local HR team, and Brazil business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Drive talent management initiatives including workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
Compensation & Benefits Conduct compensation and benefits analysis to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
Support HR budgeting processes, including preparation, monitoring, and review of departmental budgets and P&L statements.
Utilize HR data and analytics to generate insights, support decision-making, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Employee Relations Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and corporate policies.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with fairness and consistency.
Talent & Performance Development Implement performance management systems and support leadership in coaching and feedback.
Promote learning and development programs tailored to local and global needs.
Lead employee engagement surveys and action planning.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Oversee recruitment processes for key roles, ensuring diverse and high-quality talent pipelines.
Lead onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
English required.
Spanish is a plus.
Strong analytical skills.
Certification in Data Analysis and/or Compensation will be highly valuable.
Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in multinational or matrixed organizations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (Oracle preferred), Microsiga Totvs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
