This position also has assistant property manager responsibilities.
Experience in general building maintenance and landscape and administrative tasks are preferred.The position is a part-time position.Pay range is $22.00 - $23.00 /hour DOE.Housing is not available with this position.RequirementsReliable TransportationAuthorized to work in the United StatesAccess to a personal smartphone with email, messaging and app functionality.
