Are you an innovative problem solver with a passion for materials engineering?We have a unique opportunity for a Process Improvement Engineer to join our team.Main Responsibilities:Support the analysis and specification of metallic materials, polymers, ceramics, and composites in oil and gas projects.Conduct studies on corrosion, fatigue, welding, and material behavior in critical environments such as subsea, high pressure, and high temperature.Participate in material qualification tests including mechanical, chemical, and non-destructive testing.Monitor manufacturing, coating, welding, and heat treatment processes with suppliers and internal workshops.Evaluate component failures and prepare technical reports.Update technical specifications, internal standards, and engineering documentation.Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations areas to ensure the correct application of materials.Attend technical and safety training sessions to develop skills for career progression.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in progress or recently completed in Materials Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering.Advanced English proficiency.Knowledge of manufacturing processes, mechanical properties, corrosion, and welding.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering support software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).Behavioral Competencies:Proactivity and technical curiosity.Able to work in a multidisciplinary team.Analytical thinking and attention to detail.Strong oral and written communication skills.Flexible to learn in different environments (office, shop floor, field).Health, Safety & Environment:Responsible for taking care of personal health and safety and that of others who may be affected by actions at work.Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with instructions, and comply with all Health, Safety & Environmental rules, policy, procedures, regulations, and codes of practice.Cooperate with management and co-workers to help everyone meet their legal obligations.Follow any instructions or health, safety & environmental training provided and report any hazards, injuries, or ill health that present a serious and imminent risk.We offer a supportive working environment where you can grow professionally and personally.Apply now to take your first step towards a rewarding career
