SWM Internationalis a multinational company specialized in producing paper for the tobacco industry and solutions in specialty papers.We are expert manufacturers of a variety of advanced materials that are part of people's everyday lives.We contribute to our customers' success by delivering high-quality products and collaborating to provide innovative and customized solutions that enhance the value of their offerings.Now, we invite you to be part of our daily journey, where each employee is essential to the success of our company.Bring your talent to SWMWe are currently looking for aGlobal Demand Plannerto join our team in a permanent position at ourSão Paulo office (South Zone).Position ObjectiveThe Global Demand Planner is responsible for leading the demand planning process across regions and business units to ensure accurate forecasts, optimize inventory, and align supply with market demand.This role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to deliver a reliable demand signal that supports business objectives and customer satisfaction.Your challenges will include:Develop, maintain, and communicate the global demand forecast at multiple levels of aggregation (product, category, region, customer).Lead monthly demand planning cycles, including forecast reviews, consensus meetings, and alignment with key stakeholders.Analyze historical sales data, market trends, promotional activities, and business intelligence to refine forecasts.Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and bias reduction through advanced planning tools, statistical models, and process enhancements.Provide insights to senior management on demand trends, risks, and opportunities, enabling data-driven decision-making.Ensure alignment of the demand plan with financial targets and strategic objectives.Act as key user for ERP and demand planning systems, supporting enhancements, testing, and best practice adoption.Prepare and present reports, KPIs, and dashboards to track forecast performance and process effectiveness.What we're looking for:Education:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).Experience:Solid experience in the role, preferably in multinational environments.Technical Skills:Advanced Excel and proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Languages:Advanced English (French is a plus).Availability to travel.What we offer:Family Health Plan (national coverage, employee contribution)Family Dental Plan (national coverage)Food Allowance Card: R$******Meal CardEye Care Assistance (reimbursement up to R$****** per year)Life InsuranceTransportation Assistance (6% salary deduction)PNR – semiannual bonus (up to one salary every six months)Childcare Assistance (R$****** for 24 months after maternity leave return)School Supplies Kit (R$****** for children up to 21 years old enrolled in elementary to high school/technical education)Christmas Card: R$******Christmas Toy (for employees' children aged 0 to 12 years)Working Hours:Administrative ShiftWork Location:SWM Office – South Zone, São PauloAll our job openings are also available to people with disabilities.:)
