Who we are.Newfold Digital is a leading web technology company serving millions of customers globally.Our customers know us through our robust portfolio of brands.We have some of the industry's mostprominent and storied go-to-market brands, including Bluehost, HostGator, Domain.com, Network Solutions, Register.com and Web.com.We help customers of all sizes build a digital presence that delivers results.With our extensive product offerings and personalized support, we take pride in collaborating with our customers to serve their online presence needs.The strength of our company lives in the intersection of our people, our customers, and our brands.What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.1.Linux Systems AdministrationHands-on experience managing Linux servers, working with system services, troubleshooting performance issues, assisting with backups and recovery.2.Networking FundamentalsGood understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls (iptables/nftables), and basic load balancing and troubleshooting in cloud and on-prem environments.3.Web Server ManagementExperience configuring and managing web servers like Apache or Nginx, including setting up virtual hosts and SSL certificates.4.Public Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / GCP / OCI / Azure)Exposure to core cloud services like compute, storage, networking, and IAM; familiar with cloud-based monitoring and backup tools.5.Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Practical experience using Terraform to provision and manage infrastructure; code versioned using Git and aligned with best practices.6.Configuration ManagementWorking knowledge of tools like Ansible or Puppet to automate routine configuration and ensure consistency across environments.7.CI/CD Pipeline ManagementExperience building and maintaining CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI; exposure to automating builds, testing, and deployments.8.Containerization & OrchestrationHands-on experience using Docker for application packaging; exposure to Kubernetes for deploying and managing containerized workloads is desirable.9.Monitoring & ObservabilityFamiliarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana; basic understanding of log aggregation systems such as ELK or Loki and setting up alerts.10.Scripting & AutomationComfortable writing Bash scripts and basic Python code to automate operational tasks and interact with APIs.11.Incident Response & On-Call ReadinessExposure to on-call support and troubleshooting production issues; involved in incident resolution and learning from post-incident reviews.12.Security & System HardeningBasic understanding of Linux security principles such as TLS, SSH hardening, patching, and IAM usage within cloud environments.Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.Work closely with developers and senior engineers to implement scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure.Manage cloud-based and on-premises environments, supporting compute, storage, and networking operations.Troubleshoot Linux-based systems and assist in configuration, performance tuning, and system hardening.Use cloud-native services and DevOps tools to automate infrastructure and streamline operations.Write and maintain Python scripts and shell utilities to support automation and internal tools.Assist in building CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and environment provisioning workflows.Contribute to monitoring, logging, and alerting setup using modern observability tools.Participate in on-call rotation and support incident investigation and resolution efforts.Follow project plans and deliver assigned tasks within expected timelines and priorities.Learn and apply best practices around reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.Why you'll love usWe offer a 100% remote position with a monthly home office allowance of R$180.00 and an additional allowance for purchasing items for your office.We provide Meal Vouchers or Food Vouchers worth R$44.55 per working day.Health and dental insurance with no co-payment for employees.Well-being program: Wellhub and TelemedicineDo you have a dog, cat, rabbit, hamster, goat, turtle, or even a mini dragon?We have a partnership for pet health insuranceLife insurance.Free website hosting.Merit and promotion annual cycle.And muuuuuuch more#J-18808-Ljbffr
