About UsWe are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Scheduling Optimization Engineer.This role involves working on complex scheduling and resource allocation challenges, applying advanced optimization techniques to real-world problems.You will design solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.You will develop and maintain large-scale scheduling models in applied environments using your knowledge of optimization modeling (integer programming, constraint programming, heuristics/metaheuristics).Proven experience developing and maintaining models is a must.Ability to incorporate operational rules, contractual agreements, regulatory requirements, and business constraints into model formulations is essential.You will be accountable for:Developing and maintaining advanced optimization models to solve large-scale scheduling problems.Building models that consider event calendars, service times, passenger volumes, and destinations using available data.Integrating operational rules, contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and business constraints into model formulations.Benefits:Celebrations and special events.Exclusive discounts and perks.A modern and comfortable work environment.Private medical insurance and other benefits.Please review the job description carefully before applying.
