Manufacturing Supervisor - Goiana/PEWhat you'll do:•Supervise daily operational activities to ensure maximum efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness, while identifying opportunities to streamline procedures and meet customer needs.
•Develop and implement schedules, allocate resources effectively, and optimize operational functions to align with company targets.
•Lead, mentor, and evaluate team performance to ensure goals are met, promoting effective resource utilization and continuous improvement.What is required:•Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, preferably with a focus on Automation, Mechatronics, or related technical disciplines.
•Solid knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and tools, with hands-on experience in smart manufacturing, digital integration, or advanced industrial systems.
