About InCommInComm is a global leader in the payments industry with over 30 years of experience and a presence in 30+ countries.As pioneers in gift cards, we hold two-thirds of the global market share.Our mission is to revolutionize global commerce through innovative payment technologies for retailers, brands, and consumers.Job SummaryThe Software Release Manager II willplan, coordinate, ensure notifications are sent in a timely manner, and schedule software releases in alignment with organizational strategy and goals.This role works closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure the quality and timeliness of releases, monitor and report progress during the release windows, and identify areas for improvement through testing feedback.The position also develops reports and metrics to communicate release performance to leadership.ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, communicate, schedule, and facilitate software releases to meet business objectives.Collaborate with development, QA, operations, and change management teams to ensure readiness and quality.Monitor and communicate release progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.Facilitate release meetings and maintain release calendars.Review testing outcomes and work with QA to address defects and improvement opportunities.Develop and maintain release documentation, including release notes and rollback plans.Produce reports and metrics on release performance and communicate findings to leadership.Ensure compliance with InComm's release management policies and best practices.Support continuous improvement initiatives for release processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.4+ years of experience in release coordination, change management, or related IT governance roles.Familiarity with SDLC processes and testing practices.Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar for tracking and documentation.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAbility to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.Understanding of release governance, risk management, and quality assurance principles.Analytical skills to interpret metrics and identify process improvements.Comfortable working in Agile or iterative development environments.BenefitsR$340 home office allowanceR$1,150 meal / food allowance (VR / VA)10% annual bonusSul América health / dental planLife insuranceHardware provided100% remoteEducational supportApply today and help us deliver seamless, high-quality software releases that power global commerce.#J-*****-Ljbffr
