Join or sign in to find your next jobJoin to apply for the SEO Manager role at Outliant.2 days ago: Be among the first 25 applicants.Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.About UsOutliant is a fully remote, US-based digital product development and startup consulting company, proudly acquired by Ignite Visibility.We specialize in bringing visionary ideas to life through intuitive, high-performing digital products.Our globally diverse team is made up of passionate creators, designers, and engineers who thrive on collaboration, innovation, and pushing boundaries.We believe in blending work and play to foster growth and creativity.About the roleAre you an SEO leader with local SEO and franchise SEO expertise looking for your next great career opportunity?We are looking for a talented international SEO Strategist (supervisory level) to join our team full-time.This is a team-lead supervisory role; you must be a senior SEO leader and able to work U.S. business time, Eastern Standard Time.ResponsibilitiesProvide SEO support to an SEO Strategist.Develop and manage content strategies tailored to each franchise.Oversee the implementation of linking strategies.Create and oversee organic search strategies for assigned clients.Provide detailed site analysis and technical recommendations to improve organic visibility.Assist with or create website SEO audits.Identify new link-building opportunities and develop relationships for link building.Assist with onboarding and implementation of new organic search clients.Develop and streamline organic search processes to improve campaign performance.Collaborate with account managers, project managers, and other departments to highlight the impact of organic search to clients.Work across departments to gain a strong understanding of organic SEO.Ensure on-time, on-budget SEO deliverables; identify and resolve potential impediments or raise as necessary.Monitor and track campaign performance analytics based on client metrics.Review rankings and link data against internal success measurements.Review and help create monthly client reports, verify accuracy, and provide analysis.Support account managers with data acquisition and campaign insights for business reviews.Attend key account meetings as needed.Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with digital marketing trends.Perform other duties as assigned by management, supporting SEO strategist colleagues.Qualifications4+ years of SEO strategy and campaign implementation experience.Strong client relationship and English communication skills.Proficiency in managing multi-location and national SEO programs.Strategic planning and execution for franchise-specific challenges.Project management skills.Why Ignite Visibility?A collaborative environment focused on client success and career development.Fully remote workforce with optional San Diego office.Two-time Landy Award Winner, named Fastest-Growing Private Companies in San Diego, and other accolades.Equal Opportunity EmployerIgnite Visibility is an equal opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, disability, sex, age, ethnic or national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or presentation, pregnancy, genetics, veteran status, or any other status protected by state or federal law.#J-*****-Ljbffr
