About Us Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan—the global delivery giant—is on a mission to transform food and consumer product delivery worldwide.With our core belief: "We help people eat better, live better," we're taking innovation to the global stage.In less than one year, Keeta became an industry leader in Hong Kong, China.Soon after, we expanded into Saudi Arabia and are now present in more than 20 cities.Following our recent successful launch in Qatar, Kuwait and the UAE, we're bringing that same speed and innovation to more of the Middle East, and to Brazil.Job Responsibilities Team Management & Goal Achievement: Oversee daily operations and team management of the integration solution group, allocate resources reasonably, and lead the team to achieve goals in system integration, product optimization, and customer support.Integration Project Coordination & Delivery: Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of integration projects involving external API service providers, hardware devices (such as printers), and internal systems, ensuring compliant and efficient execution.Technical Solution Design & Optimization: Analyze customer and business needs, coordinate with technical teams to implement system connectivity, process optimization, and new feature development, continuously improving the quality and stability of overall integration solutions.Quality & Process Control: Establish and optimize team collaboration, product testing, launch processes, and integration standards; monitor key indicators to ensure high-standard deliverables.Complex Problem Solving & Technical Challenges: Lead the team to analyze and resolve complex technical issues in project integration and device operation, promote targeted technical solutions, and ensure successful client implementation.Cross-Departmental Communication & Collaboration: Act as the core liaison within the team, work closely with sales, technical, product, and operation teams to coordinate project progress and improve business synergy.Team Development & Capability Building: Develop and organize systematic training and growth plans for team members, continuously identify and cultivate talents, and build a high-performing and cohesive team.Industry Trend Insights & Innovation: Stay updated on order-taking solution development in the restaurant/merchant industry, including APIs, hardware, and apps; drive innovation in integration solutions and lead the professional advancement of the team.Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Management, E-commerce, or related fields.At least 3 years of experience in technical integration, system implementation, product operations, or related team management, with a preference for experience in large-scale API, hardware, or integrated solution project management.Strong technical solution analysis, design, and optimization abilities; able to systematically solve complex technical and business problems.Familiar with API interfaces, hardware products (such as printers), apps, and various integration methods; deep understanding of overall solutions for the merchant industry is a plus.Outstanding cross-team communication, coordination, and project management skills; able to drive collaboration and achieve project goals.Ability to organize team training and development, nurture talent, and build a high-performing team.Results-oriented, highly resilient, and self-driven, with awareness of process optimization and high-standard quality control.Native-level Portuguese and strong proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); able to communicate efficiently in an international and diverse environment.9.Experience in restaurant/merchant integration projects or industry solution operations is a plus.Job Highlights Early-Stage Business: Opportunity to participate in early-stage planning, design, and implementation of team and projects, driving core technology and product innovation.International Team: Work with colleagues from 26 countries, experience a diverse and open work environment, and expand your global perspective.
