Job Title: Data EngineerJob Description: We are seeking a skilled data engineer to improve our data quality and accuracy by rebuilding and refining our existing scorecards using Databricks, PySpark, and SAP ECC data.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with designing profiling logic, building data quality checks, generating metrics, and publishing scorecards in Power BI.Responsibilities:Rebuild and validate data quality scorecards in DatabricksDevelop and implement profiling logic for nulls, distincts, and pattern checksBuild PySpark-based data quality rules and row/column-level metricsCreate curated datasets for Power BI scorecardsEstablish reusable templates and standardized development patternsWork with SAP ECC data models and support junior developersQualifications:Strong Databricks engineering experience (PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake)Hands-on experience building data quality rules and frameworksExperience with profiling large datasets and implementing metadata-driven DQ logicAbility to mentor, review code, and explain concepts clearlyExcellent communication skills in EnglishFamiliarity with SAP ECC tables and key fields (preferred)Experience with Unity Catalog or Purview (nice to have)
