We are looking for a passionate and experiencedManager Data Solutions – Focus Artificial Intelligenceto join our growing team at4flow.
In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of data professionals—including data scientists, engineers, and analysts—each contributing their expertise in solution development, data integration, and performance monitoring.
Together with your team, you will drive the development and deployment of 4flow's data-driven and AI-powered solutions from ideation to long-term maintenance.What Your New Challenge Will Look LikeAs Team Lead, you will:Inspire, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.Empower your team to deliver scalable, robust, and user-centric data solutions aligned with business goals.Oversee the execution of development projects, ensuring technical excellence, code quality, and timely delivery.Support the professional growth of your team through coaching, feedback, and career development planning.Promote the advancement and implementation of innovative solutions in artificial intelligence, AI agents, business intelligence, and data science.Translate business needs into actionable data products and services, prioritizing effectively.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between data strategy and business objectives.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and knowledge sharing.Why you belong at 4flow5+ years of proven experience in data science, data engineering, analytics, or a related technical field.Experience in a leadership or mentoring role.Strong technical foundation, including:Experience with LLMs, AI agents, big data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.Hands-on knowledge of AI/machine learning applications.Solid understanding of agile methodologies and project management best practices.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.A hands-on mindset and the drive to shape and scale impactful data solutions.Fluency in English, both written and spokenWhat We OfferCome join us 4flow offers a clearly defined vision, excellent job security, and outstanding opportunities for your individual development.
