Bayview Kubota is currently hiring the position of KUBOTA Sales & Service Administrator, which will be based out of our Fredericton, New Brunswick location.The Bayview Group of companies are proud to represent both Kubota and Kenworth as well as many reputable short lines under the Bayview Kubota and Bayview Kenworth names.The Kubota Sales & Service Administrator will support four (4) Bayview Kubota locations, including Fredericton, Woodstock, Miramichi, and Bathurst.If you are a dynamic, energetic person, looking for a change or move to advance in a "career" with a growing company, we would like to hear from you.This is a diverse position, working closely with the Kubota Sales and Service divisions.Duties Include But Are Not Limited Toproviding equipment and warranty information to customers with new Equipment purchasesassisting Sales personnel with Sales deals and contractsScheduling service calls for Field Service technicianslaunching a NEW Field Service dispatch process which requires extensive cold calls to build the customer base for the Field Service route.Includes handling warranty recalls and campaigns for Bayview customers.Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of appointment scheduling softwareOther Administrative duties will include participation on Branch Safety committee, preparing minutes for Branch meetings, overseeing Kubota Dealer software and training, assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports, etc.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, with a desire and motivation to perform independently.Other qualifications include:Effective time managementAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office, including EXCEL and Word are a necessityService Advisor Experience will be considered an Asset.The Bayview Group offers an attractive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including:Extended Health CareDental Care (Basic & Major)Vision CareRRSP Employer MatchPaid Time OffWellness ReimbursementPaid trainingIf you are a team player with a desire to represent the most reputable brands in the industry, we would love to hear from you.Fonction#J-*****-Ljbffr
