We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator Specialist to support our global team.As an ideal candidate, you should have experience in project coordination, administrative support, or junior project management.About the Role:Schedule Meetings and Reports: Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain sales records.Cross-Department Coordination: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams for smooth communication and workflow.Audits & Compliance: Perform daily audits to maintain process adherence and data integrity.Client Interaction: Respond professionally to client inquiries and escalate when necessary.Reporting & KPIs: Track metrics, generate reports, and provide insights.Requirements:Strong Communication Skills: Fluent English (written & spoken).Detailed Oriented: Extreme attention to detail – accuracy in SOP's, reporting, and documentation.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills – able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Adaptable: Adaptability & flexibility – comfortable in a growing, evolving company.Operational Experience: Experience in sales administration or operations support (preferred).Technical Skills: Proficient in Notion, Hubspot, Zapier or similar tools.Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.
