On LANs, WANs, WLANs, SDWANS, it is responsible for addressing, switches, routers, WiFi related devices, AD, DNS, NPM, Firewalls, CDN's, Balancers, NFV.
In the WAN he is responsible for private networks and the Internet, and assists in the adoption of monitoring and data collection tools in the network.
Supports carrier trunking with the local network, and participate on complex Network Setups.Job Description:Manage local area networks (wired/wireless) for over 2000 virtual/physical devices and extended datacenter supporting critical business environments.Create/configure medium and high critical configuration scripts for new environments/troubleshooting/remediation scenarios.Experience with configuration, troubleshooting, testing, IMAC for access/border/core network for Cisco/HP Family.Small/medium switches L2/L3, small/medium/large Router L3-L7 for access/edge/core, WLAN Cisco/HP.Firewalls Palo Alto, SASE – apply policies/rules/group member/individual.Identification, testing and built cabling CAT5-9, fiberoptics MM/SM.Testing for data communication radio & mobile access.Knowledge for NSX/Virtualization network.Active Directory/RADIUS/802.1x/MFA authentication.Palo Alto Firewall/Windows Jump Server configuration.Palo Alto VPN.Panorama and Cortex Management for large number of devices.Prepare, validate and conduct change management process.Capacity/performance analysis (CPU, Mem, throughput ports).
Good communication skills.Fluent in English and Portuguese.Required Skills and Qualifications:Cisco CCNA Certification desirable.Knowledge Fortinet/Huawei for network (LAN/WLAN) and security devices.Firewalls Palo Alto and network security administration.Palo Alto Panorama and large number of firewall visibility and administration.Setup, configuration, integration, design, zero trust.
Rules optimization, IP Policy and documentation.Hardening, standard setup to prod preparation, capacity planning, high availability and failover.Virtual and appliances devices, cloud and on prem, backup & Restore.VPN IPsec and Client to site implementation.Integration with other security team members from threat intel, SOC.EndUser support in record, diagnose and solve problems in the scope of microcomputing, hardware, operating systems, telephony, videoconferencing, web conferencing, audio conferencing and related areas.Clarify doubts and guide users regarding the use, availability, installation and configuration of software, applications, information systems.Identify and immediately report critical problems that have significant impacts on the technological environment of Customer.Perform analysis of the hardware requirements for software installation.Test functionalities of new equipment, components or peripherals, and prepare configuration and user guides or manuals.Act in the execution of activities of the asset management process in Customer locations where there are no asset technicians allocated.Benefits:Our culture of unlimited learning and mutual development will help you grow professionally and personally.
