Global Talent Acquisition Leader | Americas & Europe | Strategic Workforce Architect | People Puzzle SolverJoin Our Team as a Senior Process Analyst at Johnson ElectricAs our next Senior Process Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of analyzing, developing, and optimizing production processes in our automotive manufacturing operations.Your expertise in continuous improvement and process engineering will be crucial in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining product quality, and driving innovation across the production floor.Why You'll Love Working HereInclusive Workplace: An inclusive and diverse workplace where all employees are valued and respected.Technological Leadership: Be part of a company that is a leader in its field, driving technological advancements.Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours and policies that support a healthy work-life balance.Recognition Programs: Programs that recognize and reward employee achievements and contributions.Community Engagement: Opportunities to participate in community service and corporate social responsibility initiatives.What You'll Be DoingExecute Genba Kaizens across the production processReduce cycle times, setup times, changeovers, and wasteAnalyze and map production processes to identify critical points and improvement opportunitiesDevelop and implement process optimization projects to increase efficiency and reduce costsMonitor performance and quality indicators, proposing corrective actions as neededCollaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure integration of solutionsConduct training and qualification sessions for operational teamsPrepare technical reports and presentations for senior management showing results and impacts of improvementsStay current on best practices and trends in the automotive sector, applying knowledge for continuous improvementWhat We're Looking ForTechnical training and/or degree in Process Technician, Mechanical, Electrical, or MechatronicsAt least 6 months of experience in Kaizen projectsKnowledge of JEPS and JE-PDS conceptsUnderstanding of technical drawings and measuring device usageFamiliarity with Process FMEA, electric motors, and cooling fan modulesKnowledge of 8D, APQP, quality tools, and quality/environmental/safety policiesBasic English proficiencyMinimum of 2 years' proven experience in production processesBonus Points If You HaveAdvanced expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen toolsStrong leadership skills for multidisciplinary projectsExcellent communication and presentation skillsCreativity and proactivity in problem-solvingHow to ApplyApply online at – We can't wait to meet you#J-*****-Ljbffr
