Visual Data Storyteller

We're seeking a skilled Visual Data Storyteller to drive our reporting and analytics capabilities forward.As the primary data authority, you will be embedded within our product team and report directly to the Head of Product.You will bring technical rigor and visual finesse to turn raw data into compelling stories that support better decision-making.Create sophisticated Tableau dashboards and reports tailored to customer needs.Develop and manage embedded Tableau analytics solutions within our proprietary software platform.Architect and implement semantic data models in Tableau, integrating with Databricks for logical taxonomy.Main Responsibilities:Conduct thorough data quality assurance, validating key metrics between our platform, Databricks, and Tableau outputs.Leverage SQL to extract, transform, and validate data, understanding integrations between Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Azure Databricks, and Tableau.Optimize dashboard performance with Import mode vs. Direct Query trade-offs.Manage Power BI workspace security, external user access, and governance best practices for secure reporting.Familiarity with Databricks Delta Sharing and cross-organization data collaboration is highly desirable.
