Residential Space Designer

At Innova Design Studios, we specialize in designing thoughtfully crafted residential spaces.These include single-family homes and multi-unit developments.We bring expertise in planning, aesthetics, and compliance to every project.Our focus is on creating functional, beautiful, and safe living environments.Main Responsibilities:Create construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documentsDevelop residential building designs that balance function and aestheticsWork with clients and builders to bring projects from concept to realityCollaborate with the team to solve design challenges creatively and efficientlyWe're looking for someone experienced in architecture, planning, or technical design.This person should be skilled in producing technical documents and construction plans.They must have a strong understanding of building codes and construction practices.In this role, you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills and take on leadership responsibilities as part of our founding team.You'll ramp up on local codes and standards within 3 months, deliver high-quality plans and drawings, and independently lead parts of design projects within 6 months.Growth paths may include Lead Architect or Head of Architecture, leading the design function as we expand.What We Offer:Competitive rates (to be discussed during interviews)Remote work (flexibility to manage your own time)Founding team opportunity with leadership potentialCreative freedom in shaping residential spaces
