Strategic Amazon E-commerce ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Strategic Amazon E-commerce Manager to oversee and optimize our Amazon Seller Central operations.Manage daily tasks: account emails, buyer messages, suppressed listings, tickets, and account health.Track sales, returns, and profitability; prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports using advanced Excel formulas (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.).Monitor competitor pricing, Buy Box performance, PPC spend, and customer feedback.Investigate issues independently, provide solutions, and take ownership until resolved.Collaborate with team members via video presence during work hours.The ideal candidate will have fluency in written and spoken English, proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, and advanced Excel skills.Additionally, the candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, be highly responsible, and have a positive, proactive attitude.Key Responsibilities:Account Health ManagementSales and Returns AnalysisCompetitor Pricing MonitoringPPC Spend OptimizationThe successful candidate will be well-versed in Amazon policies and procedures, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.We offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about e-commerce strategy.
