**The Position**:
- We're looking to hire several mid-level and senior ServiceNow Apps Developer to join our team.
You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:
- _Team Augmentation / Staffing: _You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
- _ Design & Build: _You will work on a FullStack Labs product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.
**What We're Looking For**:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
5+ years preferred but not required.
- 3+ years of experience in configuration, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow functionality.
- Both a strategic vision, yet crafty execution-style.
You will need to think big but be able to get into the weeds and quickly produce.
- A track record of delivering outcomes where you've planned and driven product direction autonomously.
We're seeking a self-starter, who asks for help when needed.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in influencing and partnering across many organizational levels.
- A growth mindset.
Our team moves fast and there is always something to learn.
- Experience working on large, complex systems.
- Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
- A four-year college degree is required.
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.

You follow industry news, regularly tinker with new technologies, and read books and blogs to keep your skills current.
**We'll be super excited if you have**:
- Experience launching Application Portfolio Management and Software Asset.
Management (SAM) systems - especially on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience working on end-to-end journeys and customer experiences.
- In-depth knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
