Key job responsibilities
Amazon is seeking a motivated candidate to develop innovative solutions and manage our transportation network regarding Drop-off Points and its sellers. As a Business Transportation Specialist, you will have to:
• Manage strategic process to ensure business expansion
• Manage and analyze performance metrics;
• Work with large volumes and big data, in a highly complex business;
• Work with business intelligence tools, access and working with big data from multiple sources, and partner with the business to identify strategic opportunities;
• Build dashboards that can assist the team in decision-making;
• Support Drop-off operations daily, identify improvement opportunities, and manage business improvements;
• Continuously seek to improve processes and unblock bottlenecks;
• Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers;
• Generate and analyze reports;
A day in the life
• Extract and analyze data to identify drop-off expansion opportunities
• Create and plan expansion waves for operational implementation
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Transportation, Business teams) for input gathering
• Communicate with external partners (sellers, vendors) regarding network changes
• Manage change implementation and timeline alignment
• Present data-driven insights on business impacts
• Monitor operational excellence metrics
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication channels
• Drive decision-making through data analysis and business intelligence
• Handle impact assessment and risk mitigation for network changes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree;
• Advanced data analysis skills (ability to extract and synthesize data in order to make data-backed business decisions);
• Experience in Microsoft Excel in advanced knowledge;
• Experience in SQL;
• Advanced English and fluent Portuguese language skills.
