Job Purpose The professional will work on the creation, updating, and maintenance of project schedules, especially during the tender and execution phases.
Job Description Creation and structuring of schedules in Primavera from the tender phase;
Continuous updating and maintenance of schedules;
Critical path analysis and risk identification;
Report generation in PCs, including S-curve and audits;
Compliance with global coding requirements and procedures;
Training internal teams on the use and updating of the tool;
Project backups and recovery;
Location: Parque fabril – matriz – Rio de Janeiro.
You are meant for this job if: Completed education in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
Full proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office suite;
Knowledge of Power BI and project management tools;
Experience in critical path analysis and risk management;
Knowledge of PCs, S-curve, and audits;
Familiarity with global procedures and coding standards;
Desirable knowledge of Microsoft Project (a plus);
Understanding of project management principles, CPM methodology, and PMBOK best practices;
Advanced English.
