PO (Product Owner) Salesforce
Activities
Participate in meetings with clients to detail and understand journeys.
Specify user stories, mapping and elaboration of operational and systemic flows.
Hold backlog refinement sessions with Technology teams.
Meet with suppliers and internal teams.
Support the dev team during interactions to better understand acceptance criteria.
Validate product/service delivery.
Approve product/service delivery with the client.
Prepare presentations and reports.
Knowledge
Knowledge of sales processes.
Experience in Salesforce projects and teams.
Experience in backlog prioritization.
Experience in defining flows and journeys for detailed product specification.
Experience in agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies.
Product lifecycle.
Microsoft Office package.
Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration).
Soft skills: clear and objective communication, collaborative mindset, transformational mindset to turn obstacles into opportunities.
