Product ManagerLocation:Americas, RemoteAbout UsPointsville is an end-to-end alternative asset factory, offering solutions that bridge the gap between emerging digital financial technologies and traditional asset classes.We specialize in Alternative Asset Digitalization and Loyalty Innovation, empowering organizations to unlock new value through tokenization, stablecoin infrastructure, and real-world asset integration.Our globally distributed team of innovators, builders, and thinkers is passionate about the future of finance.Join Pointsville and be part of shaping the future of digital financeOverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly driven Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of Pointsville's digital products.You'll turn ideas into impactful solutions by connecting business goals, user needs, and technical execution.This role focuses on defining vision, setting priorities, and delivering products that drive growth, innovation, and long-term value across emerging technologies and financial ecosystems.What You'll DoProduct Strategy and PlanningDefine and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.Conduct market and competitor research to identify new product opportunities and emerging trends.Gather and analyze requirements from users, partners, and internal stakeholders to inform product design and prioritization.Translate business and technical needs into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Manage and continuously refine the product backlog, balancing priorities and timelines across multiple initiatives.Execution and DeliveryCollaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-centric designs and intuitive experiences.Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution of product features and releases.Lead product launches, define success metrics, and coordinate enablement with marketing, sales, and support teams.Performance and ImprovementMonitor product performance post-launch, analyze user feedback, and drive continuous improvement and iteration.Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure all product features adhere to regulatory requirements in the crypto and financial services space.Facilitate cross-functional alignment, ensuring all teams are informed, empowered, and accountable.Support documentation, go-to-market readiness, and internal communication for each product phase.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or financial services, with direct crypto experience.Demonstrated success of launching and scaling successful web and/or enterprise products from concept to launch.Experience with varying development methodologies and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of blockchain, fintech, or emerging financial technologies preferred.Skilled in data-driven decision making using metrics and analytics tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical conversations.High user empathy, strong prioritization abilities, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.We are committed to providing equal opportunity for qualified applicants to contract positions, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.This is a contract opportunity, not a direct employment role.
