We are seeking a Full Stack Developer for our US-based client – a logistics company that provides an end-to-end express delivery infrastructure, specializing in e-commerce shipping.Utilizing underused cargo space on narrowbody aircraft like Boeing 737s for middle-mile transport, they combine air and ground services (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) to deliver packages across the U.S. within two business days, all at competitive ground rates.They're building a team of curious, adaptable engineers who thrive on using GenAI to accelerate development, reduce boilerplate, and drive innovation across diverse projects, including native apps, frontend, backend, and our infrastructure.Requirements:5+ years in Python (Django, FastAPI) and React or Vue developmentProven ability to use production tools and templates to reduce boilerplate codeAbility to discuss tradeoffs and evaluate the pros/cons of different technical approachesStrong interest in leveraging LLMs to accelerate software development, and belief in using AI to cover the entire tech stackEager to explore a variety of technologies, including native/web apps, machine learning, etc., and apply LLMs where effectiveFocused on delivering high-quality work within agreed timelines, without the need for micromanagementCommitted to personal time while being available for urgent production issues outside regular hours when necessaryComfortable working independently and asynchronously across global time zones, with excellent communication skillsUpper-Intermediate English and betterResponsibilities: Collaborate with a global team of like-minded engineers to build and maintain high-quality software solutionsUse AI tools like Cursor to auto-generate code from requirements, focusing on refining and optimizing rather than starting from scratchHelp transition from no-code platforms to scalable solutionsParticipate in async communication, daily check-ins, and effectively manage blockers to ensure smooth project progressFocus on delivering results within agreed timelines, balancing a commitment to quality with efficiencyWe offer: Competitive salary with regular reviewVacation (up to 20 working days)Paid sick leave (10 working days)National Holidays as paid time offDirect cooperation with the customerDynamic environment with a low level ofbureaucracy and great team spiritChallenging projects in diverse business domains and a variety of tech stacksCommunication with Top/Senior-level specialists to strengthen your hard skillsOnline teambuildings#J-18808-Ljbffr
