We are looking for UI UX Designer , who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role: The professional whose objective is to materialize the functional, business, and user requirements gathered by the Experience Researcher, designing the interface and its behaviors. Main responsibilities: Lead the construction and adjustment of high-, medium-, and low-fidelity prototypes that serve as suitable input for evaluating the usefulness and usability of proposed solutions and other research objectives; using what has been learned about users as a guide and considering the business and technology perspectives of those involved in the design process. Specify user requirements through interface models and/or wireframes. Develop design solutions using techniques such as conceptual design, sketchboards, storyboards, labeling, card sorting, architecture and navigation maps, and interaction models. Mandatory skills: Proven minimum professional experience of 3 (three) years in the job market, specifically in information technology. English is mandatory. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of agile practices such as: Incremental Design, Planning Poker, Refactoring, Automated Testing, BDD, TDD, Pair Programming, Concept of Done, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Collective Code Ownership, User Stories, etc. SCRUM Framework, • SAFe® Framework, • KANBAN, • Lean, and • Dev Ops >>>>> What do we offer?
